3.3 - SUPPORT & SERVICES
1. Should you need immediate support for an EMERGENCY (griefers) please visit the rental center and contact an OWNER or MANAGER directly from our online indicator board.
2. For NON Emergency REQUESTS: Please reach out by either:
A. Visiting the rental center and making use of the online indicator board.
B. Using the "help requests" channel in our discord.

3. Managers are not required to be on the clock at Briarwood Estates the entire time they are logged on. If you contact a manager and get their busy response please do not be offended. We have families and friends just like everyone else and are entitled to spend time with them as well.Please use the support ticket system.
