SECTION 1
1.1 - GENERAL

1. No sexual conduct with minor or child avatars. You will be immediately banned from the estate and reported to Linden Lab.
2. No sexual conduct or nudity in common areas.
3. Violation of your neighbors’ privacy will not be tolerated. This includes but not limited to walking in to their home, using their items without permission and spying (camming) them.
4. Griefing of any fashion is prohibited. This included but limited to harassing other residents, the use of scripted grief tools, the rezzing of objects to purposefully obstruct public areas or altering access or ban lists that are not your home parcel.

1.2 - RENTER'S NOTES
1. ADDITIONAL TENANTS: As the main renter you are responsible for any people you add to your additional tenants list. Please keep this in mind when adding people because you can be liable for their actions. 1A. Only add immediate family that live in your home. People not living with you do not need a group tag.
2. HOME CHANGES: The person who initially rented the home will need to approve any changes to the home, parcel, meter, prim changes, and additional tenants. We will not under any circumstance make any changes without the primary renter’s approval via an SL message.

- Find your Security panel (Usually located on the back of or next to the tenant box)
- Click the Security panel, and click on [ ARM ].
- If anyone enters your parcel while armed, the security will prompt you to indicate if they are a temp guest, guest or if they should be banned.
4. SENDING A GROUP INVITE:
- Click on your tenant/rental box and click "Tenants".
- Select "Add Tenant", enter their resident name and click "Submit."
- After they are added to the box, it will send them a group invite.
- NOTE: Please only add those who are living on the property with you OR those who are rezzing items for you.
1.3 - RESIDENTIAL PARCELS/HOMES/AREAS
1. All Full sims rates are no more than 1.90 L per prim.
2. All homestead rates are no more 2.50L per prim.
3. Horse stalls and pastures are 2.50L per prims.
4. NO privacy screens/fences. You can have a fence no more than 5 meters high.
5. If you plan to build a skybox, your minimum height is 1000 meters. The maximum height is 1500 meters. Any builds below 1000 meters or above 1500 meters will be returned immediately. Stay within your parcel lines.
6. Security systems/orbs are not permitted UNLESS provided by the estate. Please use your ban rights. Contact staff if being harassed by griefers.
7. We will not drastically alter the sim’s terrain to fit a house that is not approved for that lot. Meaning, we will not remove our beaches or waterways, our pre-placed landscaping or shove a home that does not leave sufficient amount of space between property lines on to any parcel. If you have a home with a basement it cannot and will not be allowed on a plot that does not have a terrain level of 29 meters or higher.
7A. HOUSE SWAPPING - We will not allow for a house swap of the same house next to each other. (IE: We do not want to have two ONSU ~Magnolia’s next to each other.)
8. We provide prim counters for each parcel. You can access your prim counter via your Casperlet rental meter. You can see your land impact by clicking your meter and selecting "land impact" and it will display a count in local chat. The system only updates prims every few hours. If you need and immediate and accurate count please select the option "update land impact" and it will recount all of your prims.
8A. All parcels come with a security system. You can find this security panel either attached to your mailbox or on the fence nearby. Some homes may have them to the left or right of the mailbox if the mailbox is located on the homes exterior wall. The panel is tan with the word SECURITY on it in bold.
9. Prior to renting- requests for house swaps or adjustments +/- should be requested prior to renting. We may or may not be able to adjust prims for that lot, or swap a house to the one you're wanting. Some parcels do not allow home swaps or prim changes. (see section 7.a above)
10. Exterior paint colors can be requested if they fit the feel of the sim.
11. If you need to change the colors of your walls please submit a support request with an owner, manager or CSR. We would like you to color a prim the color you want for each wall and leave it for sale next to the wall. We do not apply textures to walls we only tint the walls.
12. You may have pets and Zooby babies; we kindly ask that you keep the number to under 4.

- Themed sims will not allow for swapping of homes. (IE: Winter Wonderland, Halloween Sim)
- Briarwood Stables sim does NOT allow for house swapping.
- Mistwood Forest sim does NOT allow for house swapping.
- Residents are not permitted to rez their own barns.
- Please rez horses in the 2 main pasture fields to the left and right of the jumping course.
- DO NOT rez horses in your front yard.

1.4 - BRIARWOOD STABLES RESIDENTIAL HOMES
Please follow all of the regular guidelines in "RESIDENTIAL PARCELS/HOMES/AREAS" sections.
Being a animal based sim this sim has a few exceptions noted below.
1. Please do not rez your own barns in your homes yard. We provide one free of charge to keep the look uniform across the sim.
2. Two horses per home rental is the limit. For example.. if you have two horses in your yard then you can not add two more in the pastures. Or if you have two out in the pasture you can not have two in your yard also.

A: You may have two total for your home rental either in your yard OR in the pasture, not both. You may rent a stall in the stable to add more allowed horses or a horse pasture.
